Orders with available stock are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days.
Due to strong demand, available stock can sell out quickly and some orders may require additional production time. As every bullion bar is individually hand cast, finished and inspected, dispatch times may vary depending on order size and production schedules.
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days. Larger orders or periods of exceptionally high demand may require up to 14 business days for dispatch.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Terms & Conditions
General
These terms apply to all purchases made through Hinterland Bullion Co. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Product
All products are hand cast and may display natural variations in finish and appearance. These are not defects and form part of the character of each piece.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and may be updated without notice.
Orders
Orders are subject to availability, production capacity and confirmation.
As our bullion is hand cast and produced in batches, fulfilment and dispatch times may vary depending on order volume and demand.
We reserve the right to delay, decline or cancel an order where necessary and will notify the customer if this occurs.
Payment
Payment must be completed in full prior to dispatch.
Delivery
Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched using trusted postal and courier services.
Orders with available stock are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days. Due to the hand-cast nature of our products, production schedules, order volumes and demand may affect dispatch timeframes.
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days. Larger orders, custom orders or periods of exceptionally high demand may require up to 14 business days for dispatch.
All dispatch timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Hinterland Bullion Co Pty Ltd will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any significant delays.
Once an order has been dispatched, ownership and risk transfer to the customer. Hinterland Bullion Co Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier providers, weather events, industrial action or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership passes upon full payment. Risk transfers upon dispatch.
Returns
Due to the nature of bullion products, all sales are final.
Returns, refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind purchases, incorrect selections made by the customer, or fluctuations in commodity or market prices.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or is not as described, customers must contact Hinterland Bullion Co Pty Ltd within a reasonable timeframe of receiving their order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Hinterland Bullion Co Pty Ltd will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Liability
Hinterland Bullion Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its products.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
